As it seems the prosecution would like you to believe that by way of persuasion alone Ms. Priss is guilty of stalking and attacking the plaintiff. In fact it is the attorneys for the prosecution that are guilty of these acts. I would like to reference Exhibit A also know as # 521380 Titled “New Game: There Must be 50 Ways to Stalk Duh Admin” (http://www.unsolvedmysteries.com/usm521380.html?t=Games%20-%20USM) As you can clearly see that my Client has not attempted to stalk the plaintiff but instead you see that other members including the attorney for the plaintiff attempted and may have succeeded in stalking her. The plaintiff instead shows how she is materialistic in desires and states that she is going to sue Agent Smith.
The plaintiff in this case has incited my client to engage in actions that she is now claiming has offended and harmed her. See Exhibit B also known as 521375 Post entitled “New Game: Annoy Ms Priss aka Prissypants” The plaintiff’s comment as follows “Date: 4/20/2009 9:39:00 PM From Authorid: 10657 I'm so good I scare myself
I already decided I was gonna slap her around with a stake I mean steak ” That is just one of many examples I can show how the plaintiff continues to taunt my client and now is suing her. The plaintiff should be the one in this court defending herself. Ms Priss has done nothing but continue to aid in the happiness of others. She is kind and levelheaded. When asked to stop she does. I believe to some degree that the plaintiff is transfixed on Ms Priss solely due to her kind nature. I have looked in the background of the plaintiff and out of respect will not disclose certain issues that have come to light only to say that the plaintiff has had a stalker in the past and my client’s actions do not follow suit. She has never been malice in any statements or actions. I believe whole-heartedly that the plaintiff is in this for financial gain and to slander my client.
I would like to state clearly that this case should be dismissed on the facts that the plaintiff’s attorneys have engaged in behavior that is unbecoming in this trial by contacting my client while I was not present. They entered in alleged facts during their opening argument, which are still unable to be entered into evidence and they have closed their case. Opening arguments are an over view of the case, and are not to have facts erroneously entered into them. The fact is that the plaintiff has only suffered fun and happiness from Ms. Priss. I request that this case is thrown out of court and my client is found innocent of these allegations that have done nothing but slander my client. My client is not guilty of these charges. She is a victim of the plaintiff’s quest to become more widely known. My client has no desire to be better known by tearing down another. She has worked hard to get her dump truck. She has made all her posts in good faith and trust to this community. She is no more guilty of stalking that 998. This case has only hurt my client. I request that this is dismissed and the opposition apologize to my client for slandering her name for the benefit of their client and personal agendas.
