Top Upper Management 998

My client Ms Priss is one of the most invaluable members of USM. She carelessly devotes herself to everyone who is in need.

The prosecution would like you to believe that Ms Priss has violated the laws and rules regarding our fine community. They have slanderously implicated Ms Priss and twisted her words around to suit their own purpose. They have no moral aptitude and attempt to sway members of our community but taking items said out of context.

Ms Priss has done nothing wrong. She is a good woman who tirelessly works hard to make this community a better and friendlier place. She has participated in games that place other members against her and not once has she done anything that should give the Top Upper Management a reason to maliciously take what Ms Priss has worked so hard to achieve away from her. I intend to present facts that support my statement as well as with the court permission can provide accounts of Ms Priss’s good nature.

A charge was made that Ms Priss has stalked the plaintiff. This is not true. I do have evidence to support that Ms Priss has never wanted to stalk and had never incited stalking of any type. She has expressed that a member has stalker’s luck but this statement intended no malice. It has been shown that even members of Top Upper Management could be misconstrued as also taking part in that action and I know that Management would never do that and so by correlation one can only assume that Ms Priss would not.

She has stayed away from games in an effort to allow members to join in. She has entered in the comments on open games as per the instructions.  Those games in which I am sure the prosecution would like to enter into evidence have been shown only to add to the games and fun.

On more than one occasion it has been documented that the plaintiff has attempted to insinuate that my client sucks.

I request that the court take into account Ms Priss’s fine records and achievements as well as the conduct shown by the prosecution. They have attempted to sway the court by presenting facts in their opening statement to confuse the court and show further damage to my client. My client in all of this has done nothing but try to hold her head up in a community where she has been slandered and taken out of context.

I respectfully request that the Top Upper Management dismiss this case, as there is not merit in it. The only thing this will do is cause more unhappy feelings and I fear my client may leave and never return. This would truly be a crime and this community would find it is missing one of the best and positive women that this place has seen. She is one of a kind with a kind heart and nothing but good intentions. I respectfully request that Top Upper Management dismiss this case.
