The Unidentified Roar

Approximately 2:30 today, EST, Oskar (my little dog), and I were lying down, listening to the radio, which was on very softly.

I wasn't thinking about anything in particular, just resting. Suddenly Noel, my little Munchkin kitty, came running into the room. Meow! Meow! Meow! (Odd for her, she is not given to "crying" for any reason.) Now, the dog is lying next to my leg & I sat up and ask "Noel? What is wrong, Baby?".

Then it happened. She & I heard a ROAR, and I mean a ROAR that was as loud as when you are near a fighter jet when it is taking off. But it was DEEP. The only thing I could think of was, if Dragons were real, this would sound like a Dragon (from myth) roaring. It lasted a good three minutes. My dog, apparently did NOT hear the sound, he never lifted his head.

(But the cat "clung" to me. She & I heard it!)

And even though I am not a Catholic, the only thought that went through my mind when it ended, was "Holy Mother of God, what was that?".

The cat was "puffed", and I had goosebumps. (But again, strangely enough, the Dog was awake, but did not react).

Now looking to the "natural" before the supernatural, I know the sounds of planes, explosions, and this was nothing I had heard before.

I truly believe that Noel and I heard something with our "psychic ears".

I was wide awake, and Noel's crying was very "out-of-character" for her. This was one of those deep noises you hear that make your teeth rattle.

I cannot tell you what it was, but I trust my psychic self enough to know we heard something that had either "just happened", or is going to happen, and soon. Like a warning.

(btw-for the past few hours, Noel has been running from window to window, and looking outside. She is still slightly "puffed", and even though she is being very quiet, she is being very watchful.)

Superstitious? Maybe. But I know I still feel a bit "edgy".

I believe the Cat & I experienced a psychic experience at the same time.
