Yeah stretches are good. I suffer with a bad back, and stretching is important. You need to stretch those hammies too. Believe it or not, they play a huge role in how your back is feeling. Walking regularily too, is very benefical. Hard to explain the exercises though. Will check out the net and see if I can find something for you. ![]() |

If you have back problems I would check it out first with a professional hun. The exercises I do for mine may not be good for yours. Remember though, that to lift anything with a bit of weight to bend your knees and use the strength of your legs....but seek professional advice hun...![]() ![]() |

yoga is great.. you can get back related yoga, also really really good shoes.. you pay have to put down a decent amount of money but shoes would make ALL the difference (and very good insoles!) ![]() |

You need to strengthen your core. You can get a pilates cd and start to do the workouts. Of course, you should check with a doc before you begin to do these. ![]() |
