Pray for Strength and Mercy.........LadyLuck *update*...Grandma has passed

It's been a while, but I know that when prayers are needed this is the place to go for those prayers.

Just over a week ago my Grandma had an abdominal aneurism (sp) that rutured. They did emergency surgery and miracle of miracles she made it through the surgery. She has held on since that time. My parents flew to Ontario to be with her. Several times we thought she was leaving us, but she is a strong, stubborn woman and wanted to make it until Christmas at least.

Today, we received the news. My Grandmother is dying. She will more than likely not live through the night. She has been removed from life support and is slowly slipping away. She is gone..in spirit, but her body is lingering.

My prayer request is not that she will pull through, but that she will pass peacefully. My prayer request is for my Mother. This is her Mother. The woman who gave birth to her, raised her into the beautiful woman that she is today. MY MOTHER. Please pray for the Lord to take my Grandma mercifully and peacefully and please pray for my Mom to have the strength to get through this. It is such a difficult time of year to lose someone. Especially your Mom. Yes, I am losing my Grandma, but more importantly, my Mom is losing her Mother.
