Date: 12/19/2008 2:50:00 PM From Authorid: 36901 Mercury, we've had a lot of fog here as well. We've had more in the past few weeks than we usually do in a year. |
Date: 12/19/2008 2:57:00 PM ( Admin-FA ) its coming down pretty hard outside now here in VT. callin for a foot of the white crap. |

Date: 12/19/2008 4:43:00 PM From Authorid: 36901 I forgot to mention that it was in the 70s today. It's usually cold here by now. The seasons have been odd this year. |
Date: 12/19/2008 4:51:00 PM From Authorid: 63201 It was in the 70's today, had to turn on the a/c! It's still going full blast as it's a good 73-74 degrees outside. My house stays stuffy, and it drives me crazy. Living in Texas, I don't expect snow EVER. I often wished I lived in Colorado Springs, went there my senior year in high school and always wanted to go back! There was snow on the top of Pike's Peak in JUNE! It was awesome...I envy those of you who live in snowy cities...I would love a few snow days...and I'm sure the kids would too! |
Date: 12/19/2008 4:53:00 PM From Authorid: 3263 2-3 inches right now at my house, but it's snowing again and is supposed to snow through at least Tuesday. Great...I've already missed 2 days of work because of this, and now I might have to miss all of next week too? |

Well, let's see lol. First we had about a quarter of inch of ice around 7 am EST, then we had about an inch of snow around 7:30 am, then by 8am we had rain which, has turned into slush So, yeah no snow for me |
Date: 12/19/2008 5:24:00 PM From Authorid: 35720 I live in Omaha and it snowed about four inches and then sleeted which then froze.. so when I take my dog out, she can pull me across the ground and I glide like I'm on skis haha. |
Date: 12/19/2008 6:33:00 PM From Authorid: 64365 I heard there's a lot of snow where my honey's at, right now. |
Date: 12/19/2008 8:21:00 PM From Authorid: 64637 Ricky can have all my snow kiki! I will be more than happy to share!LOL |
Date: 12/19/2008 8:57:00 PM From Authorid: 22433 I'm out west, so we're pretty safe from the biggie storm that's hitting the east right now..i'm quite thankful for that as I'm flying home on Monday and hoping I don't run into any delays other than the usual crazy busy airport, which i'm used to by now |
Date: 12/19/2008 9:00:00 PM From Authorid: 23101 The news said we have 9 inches, but at my house its around 6 or 7. I've been out of school since Wednesday because of Snow Days, so I have an extra long winter break. It's nice |
Date: 12/20/2008 6:21:00 AM From Authorid: 57452 None. It by passed to another state. |
Date: 12/20/2008 10:35:00 AM From Authorid: 3835 It is supposed to get down to minus 20-34 tonight with windchill.. stay inside, Lol.. unfortunately, I have to go to work. They are scooping up the snow in bobcats and tractors here, and putting it in a dump truck.. they have been taking it to all the lakes around here and dumping it, just to get it off the roads, and to reduce the large piles in the middle of the streets. Some of the mounds they have, reach over 12 foot tall. That makes it very hard to see around when you come to an intersection... as I know you know how that goes in Wisconsin (-: |
Date: 12/20/2008 10:37:00 AM From Authorid: 3835 I should also add, that since they are not adding salt to the roads, they can dump this recent snowfall into the lakes.. we only get sand and gravel right now, so it is enviromentally safe. I just hope that if they do start putting salt down, they do not take it to the lakes, and find another area more suited for it to melt. |
Date: 12/20/2008 10:53:00 AM From Authorid: 46527 Nothing at all in the UK, it's been 11C (about 50F) all day. |
