My favorite workout DVD is HipHop Abs! Love it! I've lost about 15 pounds so far. My only suggestion is you find it on Amazon or something because buying from their website is expensive. |

Can't really target chub on one part of the body. You just have to burn more calories than you consume. Running is a great way to do that. |

I know you aren't far from Montgomery, there is a place here that does the body wraps that make you lose inches after the wrap, and it does work, a friend of mine did it, I was shocked that it did work. I'm sorry, I don't really know what to say. My stomach has always been my best area and even at my heaviest, I didn't have love handles.. crunches always worked fine for me.. I hope you find something that helps! |

i wish i could help you, i have the same prob, but mine can only go away with surgery because me its loose skin from loosing weight. Can't really target just one area, but you can look for all kinds of exercises that claim to be able to target just that area good luck to you! |

I always have a little belly. Of course...I have hardly worked out any since May! Try doing some twists...that usually helps burn those love handles. You could hold a weight or weighted ball, stand up right feet shoulder width apart and twist from side to side...tighten your tummy muscles as you do it; you'll feel it! At least, thats what got rid of my lil handles. Good luck, the pageant sounds like it will be fun!! |
