Nosaj was completely awestruck. He either had to be dead or alive or roughly at one of those points more anywhere between the two. He knew he was not dreaming but he knew he wasn't going insane or in need of the brutal lobotomist in the village. Ugh. He said, 'Just send me back to my body, or whatever it is you're gonna do. How the heck is a little boy like me gonna fight the evils in a land that in itself is spooking me out right now?!?'
LieRa's smile became even bigger. 'Because you have had odd dreams recently, haven't you? Though you are to face many smaller evils near and afar, I have received information that the most notorious needs you, my boy. And if you join in fighting, you can either be one of the best agents of virtue we've had or a minion of evil. I certainly find no evil in you!' Nosaj shook his head. 'I'm sorry, I can't help. I have to work in my village and spend time with family and friends. What on earth makes you think I could defeat 'the most notorious', let alone some gang of adults around my village?' LeiRa shrugged. 'Personally, I know for a fact you could single-handedly take these gangs in physical combat, based on your strength and quickness. But enough of that. I am to train you against pure, supernatural evils. You will make a great warrior. But do not fret. As soon as you say yes to my request, you will be sent back to the world of the living for now. We shall meet again come nightfall at the very area where have just been knocked out cold by a large, ferocious bear. What will it be?'
Nosaj looked around and thought. 'What have I got to lose if I say yes?' he asked himself quietly. Liera smiled at him, nodding her head and flashing her beautiful blue eyes. Nosaj finally replied, 'Yes...' LieRa shouted 'Good chap!' and then snapped her fingers.
Airam was in tears. He wept quietly and whispered, 'My best friend is gone...' Nosaj slowly raised his head from the grass and pulled himself onto his feet. Airam shouted with glee, 'Nosaj!' and hugged him. Nosaj replied, 'It's all good, man.' But I've had a near death experience right now, and I don't know if you'd believe me if I told you of its side effects.'
The two discussed Nosaj's experience as they walked back into Nosaj's home. Airam said, 'It is very far-fetched,I must say, but I do believe you.' 'Thanks,' Nosaj replied humorously. 'All I know is that you should be careful and keep this in mind, at least for a little bit,' Airam said with a suspicious tone. 'Thank you,' Nosaj nodded. The two said their goodbyes for the evening and after Nosaj went to bed and slept for two hours, he woke up restlessly and told himself, 'I'm going back to the forest,'....
