What colors are your walls?

Hello USMers!

So out of random curiosity mixed in with a headache and nothing better to do, what color are your walls? Most of the walls here are either blue or white. My room is a light pink...only because this was my sister's old room. My old room  is a light purple.

I kinda would like a bright color, like a lime green or a bright orange for my bedroom walls. haha just kidding =P I'd probably go blind everytime I walk in there! LoL I've always thought black walls with glow in the dark stars all over would be awesome....but if I ever wanted a different color it'd take a lot of paint to cover up the black lol

So what color are your walls? =)

The living room is white to make it appear brighter, my bedroom is a light blue, my daughter's bedroom has a castle painted on it with dragons so, all different colors lol, my son's bedroom has stars and planets on the ceiling and the theme of the other walls is the same, the bathroom is a pale yellow, and the kitchen don't even ask cause, I am unsure of the color lol.
Date: 10/1/2008 10:35:00 PM  From Authorid: 64566    Kitchen , Family room & bathroom my walls are light yellow. The hall is light green. My bedroom is a light blue. The back bedroom is a light cream. I love well lit bright rooms.
Date: 10/1/2008 10:41:00 PM  From Authorid: 64279    The walls at my apartment are an ugly beige color. But the walls in my room at my parents house are white with colorful quotes painted all over them!!! There's various shades of blue, green, purple, pink, orange and red. I keep painting quotes on them because I want to have them completely filled with beautiful phrases.
Date: 10/1/2008 10:45:00 PM  From Authorid: 64593    A teal turquoisey color, coffee w cream, and white. I haven't finished painting but so far I looooooove it! ---Teal Dreams---
Date: 10/1/2008 11:51:00 PM  From Authorid: 16865    LOL... I can just picture you putting on sunglasses before opening your door to BRIGHT YELLOW! Our walls are white, dull... blah! But we are going to paint them different colors soon.
Date: 10/1/2008 11:55:00 PM  From Authorid: 14754    white, cuz i live in an apartment...
Date: 10/2/2008 12:04:00 AM  From Authorid: 49546    Off-white-ish. Light cream? Hahaha I can't identify what colour name my walls are. :P
Date: 10/2/2008 1:03:00 AM  From Authorid: 49763    3 of them are with but I have an entertainment center and bookshelf on the wall with my door. I also have 2 windows one of which is a large bay window that takes up 4/5 of one wall the other one is large as well and takes up about half of one of the long walls of my room. The 4th wall is a closet that runs wall to wall on either side of the doors is wood paneling. There is another bookshelf in front of one side that is wood paneled. So even though its white walls there isn't very much wall to see. ~~
Date: 10/2/2008 1:07:00 AM  From Authorid: 49763    Oh my office is similar to my room 2 of the walls is all built in wood shelving. There is another bay window in there that matches the one in my room (same size and wall). The 3rd wall is taken up by long short cherry wood book shelves it kind of matches lol. I'm thinking about putting a 40 gallon fish tank on the shelves to cover up the white wall. ~~
Date: 10/2/2008 1:36:00 AM  From Authorid: 26303    Throughout the house the main colour is Light Rice. Then I have feature walls. The lounge and computer nook have a purple feature wall, spare bedroom and Haydan's room have a midnight blue f/w, and our room has a dusty pink f/w. The f/w's in the bedrooms are done in the suede style. Our old room never got repainted, so Brendan's room is bright yellow (hey, I loved it at the time), its a deep, bright yellow colour. The laundry and toilets are yellow too, purposely did them that colour. lol. Jen, for the glow star effect, when the boys were young I had midnight blue drapes with glow stars all over them. It looked fantastic! It was a much cheaper way to brighten up the room.
Date: 10/2/2008 4:39:00 AM  From Authorid: 58416    I'm in an apartment. All of the walls are white. Boring but easy to work with I guess haha
Date: 10/2/2008 5:07:00 AM  From Authorid: 42703    Mostly white, but in my bedroom the walls are dark green.
Date: 10/2/2008 5:35:00 AM  From Authorid: 15228    We just bought a house the first of Sept. I love the colors the previous owner painted. She had sort of a soothing beachy theme, very pale yellow for the great room, a greenish color for the dining room and kitchen and a nice taupe color for the entry way and laundry room. The master is a very deep blue that I wouldn't have chosen, but it looks great with black furniture. The only room I dislike is in a secondary bedroom...it's stripes in blues and blue/green and black applique butterflies. The only rooms not painted are the basement, I was thinking of a taupe and an orange accent wall.
Date: 10/2/2008 6:51:00 AM  From Authorid: 28848    I live in an apartment, all of my walls are white.
Date: 10/2/2008 6:57:00 AM  From Authorid: 63655    My livingroom has two red walls...to match my couch.
Date: 10/2/2008 7:29:00 AM  From Authorid: 16845    White, all of them. it feels institutional....LOL But I'm in an apartment so nothing I can really do about it.
Date: 10/2/2008 7:56:00 AM  From Authorid: 4144    i don't have many painted walls in my house. it's mostly wood planks. i hate to paint! i do have wainscott in my livingroom that's coral linen but that came in panels. to top of the walls in the den(bottom is wood wainscott) in called white feather. it's an off white without that yellow hue that a lot of off white has! and my neices room was NOT my doing at all! one wall is purple (i call it disney princess purple) and the other three walls are an off white with a pink tint. on the purple wall there's vines (wallpaper) from floor to ceiling. the white walls have a tinkerbell border around the center of the walls. then there's stick on tinkerbell pics all over the room and a giant tink poster. but like i said....i didn't choose that! that was an extra bedroom that my daughter (who doesn't live with us) went overboard on!!! free tip for moms: don't give your kids your lowes card!!
Date: 10/2/2008 8:55:00 AM  From Authorid: 24003    I live in an apartment, they are white.
Date: 10/2/2008 9:24:00 AM  From Authorid: 35720    Lime green.
Date: 10/2/2008 9:33:00 AM  From Authorid: 64197    The 2 front bedrooms and bathroom are a shade of green that is kinda woodsy, sometimes looks very light brown...the living room is a light sage green, the kitchen is 2 tone-bottom is olive color and the top is a light bright green...master bedroom 3 walls are the color of a brown paper bag and the back wall is a dark chocolate/leather brown, master bathroom will be a light brown.
Date: 10/2/2008 10:31:00 AM  From Authorid: 63243    The whole ENTIRE house is wood paneling, even the bathroom. I. HATE. IT. It's so dark and depressing. We're renting though so I can't change it. I can't wait for the day when I can paint walls whatever color I want.
Date: 10/2/2008 12:13:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 43015    I would love to have a red room! my friend has a most red with white bathroom, and it looks amazing! I think a red kitchen would be pretty kewl too =) I'm excited to get my own house so i can paint how I want LoL
Date: 10/2/2008 2:14:00 PM  From Authorid: 37150    My room is like a peach color, but my boyfriend's room (which I'm in now) are dark blue Interesting post. I was always used to white walls everywhere else I lived.I cover everything up with posters anyway. lol.
Date: 10/3/2008 1:36:00 PM  From Authorid: 61966    All white! That's one thing that stinks about renting a place..you can't paint! The room I had at the other house, I painted and painting was such a pain but it was a light blue, with white trim..it was very pretty.
Date: 10/4/2008 10:10:00 AM  From Authorid: 59418    Mine are all just white....Never had a colourful room before!
Date: 10/4/2008 10:15:00 AM  From Authorid: 63241    All of my walls are off-white, except for one wall in my living room which is deep purple and another wall in my dining room which is deep red. Know that sounds odd but the previous owners were designer-type and it really looks good!
