This post has been Viewed (2631 times)

30 oreo cookies

100 grams butter

12 peices of Kiri cheese {I don't know if it's available in the states, but it would be ok to substitute it with 800g of cream cheese instead}

1/2 cup condensed milk

400 grams milk chocolate

2 cans fresh Nestle cream

Preheat oven at 180 degrees

Melt the butter, add crushed oreos to form a base.

Mix cheese, 1 can of Nestle cream, and 1/2 cup condensed milk.

Pour onto the base.

Bake in oven for few minutes, until slightly brown.

Take it out of the oven and freeze for 30 mins.

Melt chocolate, mix in 1 can fresh Nestle cream, and spread over cake.

Cover in plastic and freeze for another 30 mins.

 Serve chilled!
