Honey, bite the bullet and go. Drinking alot of fluids like htat, not just milk, but almost always feeling thirsty is a good indicator. |

If, eating makes you feel better I would say go to the Doctor and figure out what's going on. |

If you're feeling nauseated, that's reason enough to go have it checked out. The others are right, drinking a lot is a warning sign of diabetes, but that doesn't necessarily mean that's what you have. I was diagnosed with diabetes 8 years ago. The disease has never caused me to be nauseated, although the side effects of some of the meds for it can cause it to happen sometimes. Go get checked out. You'll feel better for it in the long run, and if there is something wrong, you can have it treated and be on your way to recovery. All the best to you! |

You know, when I found out I have diabetes, I had a hard time with nauseousness but my BG was always really high. Now, I only get nauseous on the boat... but I don't think that has to do with diet LOL |

You could be a little lactose intolerant. You could try to decrease your dairy intake for a few weeks and see if it goes away. |

Hmm sounds similar to me, I usually feel puny, sometimes the need to throw up (even when my stomach is empty) unless I get some food in me. But in my case I know I can rule out pregnancy. XD |

I don't know if I have hypoglycemia or not (officially diagnosed, that is) but I do know that if I don't eat at least every 5 or 6 hours, I start to get dizzy and the nausea comes rolling in. Headaches, light-headedness, etc. I haven't actually thrown up, but I've felt close. The big problem is that if I wait too long, I feel too sick to eat so when the feeling starts, I have to get something in my tummy right away. I try to keep little candies around just for that. Even if I feel really sick, a tiny piece of candy usually has enough sugar to tide me over until I can make a sandwich, and it's usually not too hard for me to eat a tootsie roll or a life-saver even if I feel sick. |

Actually, to think about it, five is stretching it. Five hours is when I start to feel really hungry, six is when I don't feel like eating anymore. I think I probably have something at least every 3 or 4 hours. I eat the same amount of food as I should, I just space it out a lot. Apple here, nectarine there, sandwich somewhere else, etc. |

Well hon...these are signs of diabetes, but it doesnt mean you have full blown diabetes..could be you have the type 2 version and can control it with diet..but the best thing is to see the dr. or go to the health dept. and let them check your blood sugar level with one drop of blood from your finger..Ive had to do it for years...and its not bad...now drinking all the milk..Im not a milk drinker but I was craving it during my second pregancy and I was told by my dr.that when the body craves milk, that it usually means you are deficient in iron..so taking a multiple vitamin and watching your sugar intake, make sure you eat at least 3 meals a day may help you all around...if your symptom worsens though, I would at least go have a little blood test done at the health dept. or your doctor though.. Hope you feel better..love, Sage |

I think hypoglycemia is probably more likely... sounds like you're craving protein, too. I get like this every so often and it's often accompanied by that dairy protein craving. Low blood sugar runs in my family, but my sugar is always good when I have it checked, I just have a tendency to wait too long between meals. |

Yes I have friends that are hypoglycemic, which can turn into diabetes, and they get upset stomach too when they are hungry and have low blood sugar, and probably would throw up if they waited too long. So that may be what it is: hypoglycemia. |
