I attempted astral projection just now. I was laying on my back and relaxing all my muscles and listening to the sound of my fan. After a while my mind started feeling heavy and the feeling extended to all my body parts. I felt a dark cloudy pink color and I started hearing voices like i was listening in on a conversation.
After that I felt a sense of urgency and my eyes snapped open. Then it sounded like a voice over my cell phone or my alarm clock saying Lisa Marie (which is my name) or Remember Me? But theres no way it could have been either. The second I opened my eyes my cat ran up to me and started meowing in my face.
I'm a little confused.
