Two posts in less than a week! Wow, not often ya see that these days!
I guess since I haven't been posting there haven't been many funny kid stories I've shared. Here's one that happened this past week.
I had cleaned up somewhat, and in an effort to get stuff off the counter i put my purse on the hall closet door. Well I was taking a break to work on ebay, (which by the way I'm becoming hopelessly addicted too and I'm running out of stuff to sell!!!) and the girls were playing. All of a sudden I start hearing celeste in her room, jumping on her bed.
SO here we go....gotta go give the 'lecture' something about monkeys and doctors and momma saying no more jumping on the bed.
'Popsicle!'

Little stinker had gotten in my purse and taken out a tampon and thought it was a popsicle. Yeah. I only claim her to be 50% mine! LOL!!!
Where was I going with this?
Oh yes, so we had Savannah's well baby yesterday....Where it was confirmed, that yes....she is a peanut! (Growth chart? what's that!? LOL) And unfortunately it included shots and a blood draw. I guess they were checking for anemia and probably lead levels. So I have to be the bad guy and hold her for both. (Hubby whimped out!) Shots weren't too bad, the blood draw was no picnic.
Course the lab tech and the vampire were very sympathetic....I'm sure they don't enjoy drawing blood from a one year old. (*Cry* She's ONE!)
So the tech tries to make her feel better by giving her some goodies......
Hmmm tastey cracker! (well...there were three to start with)
Good thing she can't read huh?
