I am SOOOOO lucky! I gripe and moan about the noise from the next door people (who aren't that noisy really)?! I won't now after seeing what some other people have to go through!! I have a great landlord too! I wish I could just copy my apt. experience and clone my landlord and maintenance people and send them your way!!!! LOL  |

Oh and I must say to Creech, that I have spiders like that in my apt; they are really tiny and I kill them often during the summers. (One is crawling around in my bedroom and I'm waiting for her. LOL Her siblings already got flushed down the toilet.  I don't think they're Recluses though because the pic looks just like the ones I have, and we don't have Recluses in Washington. |

Ahhhhhhh, yea, my butt wouldn't even step foot back in that joint EVER again! NO WAY! The spider would have done me in, and to top it off, the sinks! I learned by my friend's experience that if I'm to move into an apartment complex, i should move to the TOP floor! Few bugs, NO clogs! God bless you for putting up w/ that and good luck!  |

Oh I forgot to add, back last year when I lived in the dorms of my college, it would dribble in our shower. It was always coming from the ceiling (we had a handicapped shower since my suitemate was handicapped. Nice and BIG. LOL) Everytime I would call they would come out the next day, say nothing is wrong with it. And leave. So finally I start hearing what sounds like RAIN. I look and it is raining, yes RAINING in my shower and bathroom. I call the number and say someone better get over here NOW. 2 hours and 5 RA's later there are maintence in my dorm. It was a party in the hallway. Lol, the water was coming from a dorm 2 floors up and across building (which wasn't BIG but still). Yeah it was someone's SHOWER water. Thankfully I never took a shower while it was raining. Yuck! *hugs* |

Ummmm, considering the stench and all, the apartment complex should be responsible for paying your meals, and provising a toxic free zone for your family. What if you or the babies get sick from that??? Seriously it sounds like a major health hazard.  |

Yeah, it's not a brown recluse. Though we do have them. That thankfully wasn't one. I think we determined it to be a grass spider. Anyway, it's a dead spider now! We just got back from dinner. Got one kid down, will work on the kitchen when I get the other down here shortly. Hubby says they called....and their going to be jack hammering tomorrow. Yay!...Probably replacing pipes. Joy. I think I'll ask them to install a dishwasher while their at it. The dishwasher named Becky is ready to resign. |

Never thought of that. They did get the sinks drained. So I don't think we're really at any risk for anything. We just came back and they have a note out, their cleaning the carpets free of charge later this week....so I don't think hubby is going to be too concerned with the meal cost for one night  |

Weeeeeee! my own private swimming sewage pool! I'm cool now!  They should be here soon to start taking everything out. yay. I guess this happened to one of hubby's co-workers when he lived here. He said it was an all day ordeal to get it fixed. frustrating. But if it only takes today, I'll be thankful. |
