Not Caterday....LOLcats in depth #1: the NOMs >^..^< Katlillie

For those of you who enjoy my funny Caterday posts, I thought I would elaborate on some of the recurring LOLcat themes. There are several great sites that these come from, sometimes people send them to me in my email, or I find them floating elsewhere on the web.

This particular series deals with kittehs (and other critters as well) who are eating or biting something, also referred to as "nom".  I guess that is the sound it makes when kittehs eat.  Or maybe it is just a general yummy sound.  My husband and I are now using it in normal conversation, for example, "what will we nom tonite?".

 See more examples below......

Fancy word for an author's pen name, or a kitteh nomming a huge feather...

this happens at my house a lot.....

 Winnie-the-Nom.....

 lots of little noms......

 Corn on the Nom.....

 Non-Kitteh nom....

 annoyed by the Geico lizard?

 and my personal favorite......

Have a happy week!

Date: 6/16/2008 11:42:00 AM  From Authorid: 25390    I love the pictures that lol cats has, but there's just something about the language that drives me absolutely up the wall. Maybe it's my fear of bad grammar/spelling...I don't know. If I could get past the language, I would visit the site, but I just can't get past it, LOL.

Date: 6/16/2008 10:48:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 62618    we also feel that our perfectly grammatical and well spoken cats are offended by it....they lick their butts at it.
