exercise/pt question - Jestr

So I've been on medical hold and haven't been able to PT since March. I was wondering if anyone could help me get my mind around something now that I can Pt again.

I was wondering if this is going to end up hurting me as opposed to helping me. The PT schedule is twice a day every day. Monday, Wed, Fri is a PFT(run 3 miles, pull ups and crunches) followed by stress sets which are basically long sessions doing calisthenics and the same in the afternoon. Tues and Thurs are 5-8 mile beach runs usually followed by the same.

is this going to hurt me going from doing nothing for 2 months and starting a pt schedule like this? any precautions i should take?

all advice is helpful
