It depends on where you live. If you live in a fairly populated area, and property is desirable there, ebay may be the way to go. If not I would shy away from it. I definately would not use the "auction format". Ebay is a tricky think, it can give you alot of exposure you wouldn't normally have, but it's all kind of luck of the draw. You might do better with one of the strictly home listing sites on the web (i.e. Century 21). Hope this is of some help, and good luck!  |

thank you all for all your input on this...but i do have some great news  last night a lady came to look at the house and she had already talk to her banker before she called us and she is going to try and get it WAHOOOOOO!!! it looks REALLY good at this point so if it works out then we will be moving in 3 weeks hugs |
