I know coughing can lead to broken blood vessels in the eyes, making them bloodshot...could anger do the same? |

Good ideas, but only this girl saw something. There would have been countless people who saw it afterwards and he would have gone to the hospital if he'd broken enough blood vessels to cloud his sight. Whatever happened, it faded/left with his anger/the girl. |
