I once happened to me by mistake when I was very little and I walked around my house 7 times till i got bored and went back to my body. In this day I live in I have forgotten how But my bf dose this things before we go to sleep Cause we live in different cities he astro projects himself next to me, before we go to sleep.  |

I OBE once...but I somehow ended up in a public shower room where everybody was extremely hairy and kept on dropping their soap bars. I...never can sleep peacefully anymore...  |

I think its different for evryone. For me, I have to be completly at ease. If I have things on my mind it is extremely difficult. If you try to have one it wont work. It seems like it has to happen on its own. Usually I will try to follow a path in my mind or visualize myself crawling deeper into a hole. Sometimes it seems very difficult. Other times its easy. Im trying to get better at them and figure it out. I haven't been succesful in a long time. A lot of patience helps and relaxation. Read some of my previous post for experiences that I have had.  |
