Not sure if it was A.P. or not

It isn't a long one, but I was trying to Astral Project last night, I been trying for awhile and I got to the point where I tried someones idea on this site, actually I should say technique. And I got to where I was tingling and falling and I thought I could see a mist/ fog,, my soul I guess you can say, but I started getting dizzy so I woke up, and turned on my side, then I fell asleep. See my family and I go to church, its right down the street. I woke up this morning and all I can remember is, I had a "dream" that I was on the side of the church looking at the sign. We have a sentence on it now about drawing nigh to God, but I can't remember if it was the same sentence in the dream as it was now. But I remember being able to smell things stronger than I ever have, but yet I can't remember nothing but being by the church seeing the sign with words I could barely read or remember.

I'm just wondering if you guys can tell me if I finally actually Astral Projected or if it was just a dream. Thanks.

If I find out that I did, I'll know I'm getting close to being able to do it and remember. Basically, I'll be excited.
