Messed up face

Well first let me tell you something, My husband and I have two friends from church recently get in a car accident. Marc lost one leg, his sister April, had a broken vertabrea, concusion, and skull was busted, leg, arm, and both cheeks and her jaw were broke, she could hardly eat. Well, last night I had a dream about them, we haven't got to see them since the accident, in fact, last time we seen them was a week or two before it.The thing is, My husbands mom kept us up on the new on them and they are doing wonderful, Marc is walking (still only has one leg know, driving a 4 wheeler, and shooting baskets, don't ask, I don't know how. April is still sore, and still has broken bones, but they both are home. The accident was horrible, the car was completely smashed in the front so bad, it took them an hour to get them out. Marc was screaming to forget about him and get his sister out instead. It was smashed in so bad, it crushed his leg completely, that is why he lost it, it was so badly damaged. They had to fly them to the hospital because if they would have used the Ambulence there would have been a chance they would die because it would have been too long. They're fine and doing well. Well, we were at a church, not the usual one we are at, and everyone was sitting down waiting for everybody so they could start church. Next thing I know, I see Marc come walking in, I couln't see him waist down for some reason. Then after him, I turn around to talk to someone for a second then I see April come walking by and stop to the person I'm talking to, and I finally get to see her. Both sides of her face were smashed in, not all the way, her face was a rectangler shape, the left side was so bad that her left eye was on the side of her face. She looked sad, worried, but yet happy. Then she came around hugging everybody and saying " Thanks for your support for my brother and I, we appreciate it". Then I woke up after I gave her a hug and said "You're Welcome, we all love you". Well, that was the whole dream, I was just wondering if someone could tell me what it means, especially when I know they are doing a lot better than what they were. Thanks for your time and help.
