Yesterday I went to a car show after not sleeping since noon the day before. I was needless to say "beat" come 2:30pm. I had already ran my car through the first stage of judging which is the drive by, you drive your car up to the judges and talk to them about it, then ran the speed test.
After that I grilled up some food for the guys in the club on a mini propane grill and was getting immensely tired, i took off to my car for a nap. Well i'm sleeping in my car for about an hour when i think i hear my subwoofer crackle which means my battery is dying(totally forgetting i had my car on). so i snap out of my sleep, mash the clutch and turn the key only to hear the demonic grinding of my starter due to my car being on. Well, i look under the open spot where my hood is propped up to see the second stage of judges and 5 people from my car club standing and they started laughing so hard.
needless to say i didn't place. I dont think it was that but going into the same category has mitsubishi lancer evolutions when you only have a lancer ralliart. no chance in hades i'd win but still makes for an embarassing moment cranking my car with it on.
