for your certain condition (asthma, right?)... I found albueterol to be addictive. The more I used it, the more I needed it. My asthma was/is very mild, if it ever really existed at all, but I've had excellent results using Lobilia extract (an herbal) to clear my lungs and help my breathing. Let me know if you want more details... I haven't touched my inhaler in over a year. |

You're going to get in better shape than you ever thought possible. I wish I could go in there with you but they don't take people who qualify for senior discounts. |

What Merc said about asthma is true. Most the times what the doctors call MY asthma is just allergy induced and so I've been buying these allergy pills at the dollar store. They cost about two bucks and last a month, they are called loridine comparble to clariton but cost much much less and this has helped me more then any inhaler. |

i actually am on a form of albuterol. my mom and i were discussing my athsma attacks tonight and she brought up how my athsma attacks have been around times when my allergies acted up and once when i walked into a chemical filled garage. i really do hope my asthma is in my head and the reason i need my inhaler is because i think i need it. they say your brain is the most dangerous disease |

I use Oil of Oregano to deal with allergy symptoms most of the time. Try some of that, too |

i tried quitting smoking but failed. did my first run with my recruiter today, i made the mistake of eating first and threw up only to have him say "chocolate is not a good breakfast" followed by me saying "it was a chocolate muffin." the best part of it was the last leg of the half mile run he said i can do it and me being me said "i dont know if i can" to which he replied "would i lie to you?" and i think i shocked him when i said "youre a recruiter!" |
