I had been planning this 4th of July party for a few weeks now but with the passing of Joe I almost decided to cancel it but instead I am dedicating it to him. This party is for Joe and his independence from the his illness. Joe, happy independence day.
I don’t know what Joe likes to eat so I thought I would bring a little of everything,
Ok, now for the decorations,
