At 6:00 this morning, our time, I was stringing my Guitar and reading Guitar World magazine. I was copying some sheet music down. The last thing I had posted on USM was the lines from that song "Alma Mater" (thank you for the name, btw, my Sister Zema). And I was thinking about Joe. And a few others....sorry. Rambling now. |

My heart breaks for every USMer that we lose. It really hurts to know that we will never see them here again. They will never brighten our profiles or posts. They will never again share with us their dreams, fears, courage and life. Even more it hurts to know their family and friends will never again see them in this world. It is a very hard thing to think about. The hole they leave in our hearts can never be filled, nor would we want it filled. It's is a part of us now. |

At 6am this morning, I was driving my three year old to my moms house. There were 3 deer in the road. Two were along side of the road one was in the road looking at my car. My stomach sank because I slowed down the car and the deer watched me for a good minute. Then it took off into the woods. That is when I knew. I logged into USM around 11am but didnt see any posts.  |
