Sorry, I don't know of any fun recipes to assit you. I lost 25 pounds last year on this Low/No carb diet. It wasn't easy. All I ate for a month was hard cooked eggs w/o the yolk, many cans of tuna, white chicken, and gallons of water. I also had to take multi-vitamins. As for the workout, I excercised 2-3 times a day. How? I took Metaform's Metacuts Diet pills (GNC). What not to eat: Milk products, breads and cereals, fruits and veggies, fast food, and snacks. The really bad thing about this diet is that your body becomes used to it. So once you are at your idea/goal weight and you start eating like you used to, all thoughs carbs go ballistic and you start gaining again. I would only recommend this diet only to those who's lives deeply depend on it, like in the Marine Corps for instance. Either way, good luck, and be careful. -Mig'z- |

I'd melt alot of butter, and add some lemonpepper, and stick it in the oven. YUM!YUM! Good Luck, Dee Dee |

Date: 11/10/2000 6:47:00 AM From Authorid: 16865 I'm on the diet for health reasons (doctor ordered too). Can't think of anything grand right now BUT if you want me to I can email a menu after about a week. And I can think of something you can help me with! :-) Be a diet buddy. Even if you lie through your teeth, I just need to know I am not alone. I love veggies so it isn't too hard. Last night I had broccolli and cheese, sweet potato slices in butter and a HUGE salad (lettuce tomato carrot radish olives dressing and croutons) and I drink a lot of tea (unsweet) and water. Wheat bread helps. Thats all I can think of. Email me if you have more questions. I lost 16 pounds my first month and 50 total in 3. **Dotchi** |
