Hiya All,
Ms. Priss and I are hosting a T-shirt design contest, for the 2007 T-shirts that will be printed for the get together in Alabama. So far, we only have one design, but would like to give every oppurtunity to other artists to submit their graphics for this contest, so I have given this contest a Deadline for April 25th, 2007.
A quick review of the basic 'rules':
-- Must be your artwork, and/or design. And MUST be g-rated. :)
-- Has to somehow capture the essence of what USM is about. (some ideas: Aliens, ghosts, werewolves, zombies, friendships, etc; )
-- I'm not sure what size would be perfect, but please do not make the totality of the graphic less than 400 height x 400 width, pixels. We do want it to be large enough to be printed on the shirt. I'd say no larger than 800 h x 800 w pixels.
-- We are going to let USMers pick the winner. We will be trying to do this as fairly as possible by assigning a number to the artwork. :) I will talk to Ginger about a voting area much like the Halloween/Christmas contests went, so that we don't have to go offsite to put up the pictures. :)
-- Should also be able to be modified color wise. We had Black, yellow, neon green, white, and neon pink (to the best of my knowledge) shirts at the last get together. So obviously if your lineart, or words are in black we can't make it seen on a black t-shirt without a background. Something that can make it appear on all shirts would work. :)
-- Everyone is eligible to enter. We are ecstatic to see your ideas!
-- We Want this to Be Fun, above ALL Else.

~~The winner of this contest will receive a free t-shirt in their size. And maybe even an extra Prize from the get together itself to go along with the t-shirt. :)
- It would be easiest if you can place your photo on photobucket (or other free picture hosting site) and just send us a link in either profile or author only. But if you do not feel like you want to take that route, then please email all pictures to me at
