Questions concerning Graduation!

Well, I am finally about to graduate college in May, and I decided to make my own graduation announcements. At the old age of 27 (haha) I wasn't even sure if I should send out invitations, but certain family members said I should.

Anyways, I have been looking online for a couple hours trying to find somewhere I could download graphics (border...etc) but I am having trouble finding anything good that's free.

Do you happen to know of any good places to go for things like this?

Thanks!

Oh-- one more thing. I don't expect anyone other than my parents, my grandmother, and my husbands parents to actually attend my commencement, so how should I make it clear that all are welcome to the reception afterwards, even if they don't come to the commencement?

*I changed the title because it sounded like I was trying to sell something. lol*

Just get invitations at any store and give a starting time and ending time of your party...and by the way, congratulations on your graduation!

Date: 4/4/2007 7:58:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 9130    The only reason i wanted to make a real announcement is because I have sentimental family members that like to hold on to stuff like that. I am the first person to graduate college from my moms family.

Date: 4/4/2007 8:13:00 PM  From Authorid: 13969    Congrats Diz! I'm graduating in Aug. but I'm not doing the invitation. Why not just make the invitations for the reception rather than the ceremony itself?
Date: 4/4/2007 8:15:00 PM  From Authorid: 3688    I don't know of any sites, but I just had to say CONGRATS Dizzy!!!!!
Date: 4/4/2007 8:17:00 PM  From Authorid: 13969    Also, I use the microsoft clipart/photo gallery for that kind of stuff...they may have something appropriate.
Date: 4/4/2007 8:29:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 9130    I may do what sandghost and kelly suggested and make invitations for the reception-- I may still make announcements for a few family members (parents, grandparents) because they love that stuff, ya know?
Date: 4/4/2007 9:03:00 PM  From Authorid: 52155    CONGRATS! and I had better be invited... :P

Date: 4/9/2007 4:56:00 PM  From Authorid: 10245    just like in high school send an announcement and then a separate card (in the same envelope) that invites them to celebrate your milestone Congrats!
