From within the darkness,
a soul can be lost
From within the soul,
a light can be brought
To view both sides of yourself,
is to bring to the surface of truth itself
You can hide the pain, and the joy,
but in the end it finds a way out
A soul of light brings so much joy,
where a darkened one brings so much pain
You need the balance, to make it right,
for in life, it's the best way
