Whats Your Favorite Christmas Cookie?

Im going to a cookie party next week and I don't know what to bake. I would like you to leave the name and/or recipe of your FAVORITE cookie. I would make my favorite but my aunt already made them to bring to the party (Christmas Tree cookies) They're made with cream cheese and that makes them taste alot different from any other cut-out I've ever had. So please leave the cookie you would most enjoy!!!

Date: 12/3/2006 9:59:00 AM  From Authorid: 15228    Here's a simple one everyone loves...take the refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough...roll about a teaspoon into a ball, place in mini muffin tin lined with baking cups...bake on 350 for about 7-8 minutes take out and press frozen Recess peanut butter cups into the center, let cool completely before removing (I stick in the freezer for speedy cooling)...Very easy to make, can make dozens of them in little time.
