Here's a simple one everyone loves...take the refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough...roll about a teaspoon into a ball, place in mini muffin tin lined with baking cups...bake on 350 for about 7-8 minutes take out and press frozen Recess peanut butter cups into the center, let cool completely before removing (I stick in the freezer for speedy cooling)...Very easy to make, can make dozens of them in little time.  |
