I was called last night and my dad tells me that the night before my cousin was at the hospital. I asked why, well he had a can of fix-a-flat under the rear seat and it got punctured. The got in the car at the wal-mart and a buddy was in the rear seat, he lit a cigarete and it exploded and burnt all 3 of them severely. Those of you in North carolina it was in fuquay. It was also on the news. Their fine now, but it could've been much worse.

Date: 11/27/2006 4:25:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 62163    Yeah maybe it will come off the shelves. You say that now, but you may be on the side of the road needing it one day.
Date: 11/27/2006 4:32:00 PM  From Authorid: 63289    I think that has to do with it being pressurized. They have warning labels on most pressurized containers about not putting them near heat b/c they will explode. I dont know how this happened if it was already punctured, but these are dangerous containers even though they are used in almost every walk of life. Sorry about there troubles.
Date: 11/27/2006 5:41:00 PM  From Authorid: 15157    Glad they are doing better...Those cans look menacing away
Date: 11/27/2006 5:41:00 PM  From Authorid: 13636    im sure its flammable, and it probably says it on the side. (i have some in my car, just in case anything happens while i'm out by myself while hugely pregnant, but ive never looked)... and as for the "tire repair people" not liking when you use it... thats because you CANT repair a tire once you use that stuff in it. just gotta buy a whole new one.
Date: 11/28/2006 12:26:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 62163    The can was puntured when the passenger, my counsin, pushed his seat back, they didn't know, their buddy in the rear of the car lit a ciggarette, and BOOM.
Date: 4/5/2007 9:41:00 AM  From Authorid: 21839    I am glad everyone is ok.. we need to put that stuff in the trunk...we don't realize how much damage it can cause
Date: 4/25/2007 10:46:00 PM  From Authorid: 64462    wow....Im glad to hear everyone will be ok...My prayers will be with your family. -Bloodscript
