Now if you have a float like Mid, then that changes everything...lol. I don't eat ice cream so I'm not sure on that one.  |

I don't ever drink anything with my ice cream. But if I'm eating any other dessert I like to have water. Anything else like juice takes away the taste of the dessert for me. |

ah, glad to see I am not a lone in this! lol. I've never poured pop ontop of my ice cream before either. I dunno if I even wanna try that....but who knows. =)  |

Yes, I do that, too, and I think it is because ice cream is a dairy cream that must be savored on its own without the dilution of another liquid. Unless you are creating a float, by which Root Beer is the best thing to dowse a hunk of ice cream in!  |
