yes iron is something that helps that, but you can also try either vitamin b or e (can't remember which one it is) and thats suposed to help. Taking a multi-vitamin everyday would be the best probably. I know I need to do it, but I forget to take the pills! The best vitamins though are prenatal and they sell them OTC. I know when I took them my hair grew faster and was very healthy looking and my skin and nails as well. |

yes, they're safe. they just have a higher level of folic acid and a couple other things. nothing that will result in toxicity, though. |

I would recommend talking to a doctor before you start taking anything. Everyone has different levels of different vitamins and minerals in their bodies depending on diet and metabolism and such. What might be good for one might OD someone else..Taking prenatal vitamins won't hurt you if you aren't pregnant but still talk to your doctor first. |

maybe you need to find another steady method! Maybe hearing things instead of reading them could help you. |

ShimmerKiss, you may want to get your thyroid levels checked. An underactive thyroid can cause memory loss and forgetfulness. |
