So We Had A Little Gathering In The Land Of OZ....(Update, Pics)...........Becky

And it was FUN! LOL

Ok so Ladyluck put her post up saturday afternoon, I read no more than the title and started flipping out ;) We had planned on going down Sunday and meeting with her....so I wanted to make sure everyone was still going to be there. Alas they were leaving in the morning SO........I had to wake my allergy ridden husband and tell him we had to leave that night.

*Giggle*

I felt SO bad too. They decided they'd wait for us and we'd all go out to dinner. The drive normally takes us 2 hours...2 1/2 if we're unlucky. Well we left at 4:30....didn't get to their hotel til 8.

SORRY GUYS!..

We had to drop the dog off at the inlaws, then for whatever reason hubby didn't take the highway so it added some time. (But uh not an hour, dunno how that happened..)

So we get there and there's these three lovely ladies crowded around........can you guess?...........A COMPUTER in the lobby LOL!

Lady luck snatched up celeste, we did the whole hug thing, debated on where to eat, and ultimately decided on mexican. Yum.

Had dinner...nothing super eventful...just chatting, Thinker had fun playing with the baby the whole time hehe Gail was amazed by the fake skylight they had in the center of the room...Hehe (Ever get a picture of that Gail??) Ladyluck couldn't stop going on about how big food portions were here or how cheap stuff was. (She scored some awsome buys the previous day!)

Dinner finished up and the three decided to meet us outside, I had to run to the bathroom before we left...and everyone was waiting.

Here comes the plunger incident....

I was washing my hands, and I kinda had my leg out blocking the baby so she wouldn't go anywhere...I get done I swoop her up and we start walking out. I get out there and I turn ever so slightly and...I see her holding this stick. (She was on my left hip....the 'stick' in her right hand to my back, which is why I never saw it) I put her down (meanwhile everyone is laughing so hard) To see what she has and.................It's a plunger.

My kid....stole a plunger.........(it was a super light plastic one, so I didn't notice any added weight)

LMAO

SO had to take her back in wash her hands, return the item in question and get back outside. We chatted some more before heading back to the hotel...I got out and said goodbye...Ladyluck couldn't help but take one more opportunity to say bye to baby girl....she said as soon as she dove into the car she had her arms all outstretched like she wanted out of her car seat. hehe

Oh well.

I didn't sleep well that night........everytime I started dozing I got all giddy again LOL

It was a fun time ladies, thank you so much for waiting for us to get down there!!!!!!
