Listen, you are young and healthy...don't let these episodes of depression get to you, get out of the house and call those good friends and do something enjoyable. Don't hang out in your room, unless you are really tired and just want to be alone. When I look back on years I probably wasted with this "stuff" I could just about kick myself....
