If you go to www.anywho.com and click on the "Reverse Look-Up" tab, you can find out someone's personal information by searching for their phone number. The number you're looking for must be listed in the phone book, though. -  |

If its a cell phone number, you wont be able to find, at best you could find out the cell phone service provider, but that's about it. It's best to just report it to your phone company. |
