Some Questions about OBE's

I have been interested in OBE's, I love reading about them but I don't fully understand the who process or what it really is to be honest. I have read a post here on USM abotu how to have one....but I fall asleep in the process.

So, just a couple of questions ;-)

WHAT is an OBE? I mean...I get the general idea. It's an experience...out of body lol. But what do you do while you're out of your body so to speak? Can you walk around the house or go other places?

How do you achieve an OBE? Again...I tried to follow the instructions on someone's post but I fell asleep every single time I tried.

How do you get back in your body afterwards?



I THINK I might have had an OBE before, but I am not sure. The only thing I remember is this feeling of falling...when I fell back on my bed I woke up and my whole body was numb.
