I was talking to my mom yesterday, and she told me that one of her goddaughters is expecting a baby.
Tammy recently went through an ordeal called a blighted ovum, which presents like a normal pregnancy, but there is no embryo, from what I understand.
More recently, she had been feeling rather sickly and finally took a test, which came back positive.
Because of the blighted ovum thing, her doctor ran an ultrasound on her right away.... nothing could be seen.
Her mother, Sharon, was worried that she would be experiencing the same thing again, so she went home to have a "talk" with her husband who recently passed away.
Sharon asked him to "take care of things". She told him that if there was anything at all he could do about this, to please do it. And that if he had any connections up there, now was the time to use them.
A couple weeks later, Tammy returned for another ultrasound. They found a very strong heartbeat right away.
Then she was given her due date, which according to her own calculations, this an impossibility.
The date she was given was her dad's birthday. How it changed my life:It hasn't changed mine, but they are now convinced that it will be a boy... and I bet they name him Thomas :o) You can join Unsolved Mysteries and post your own mysteries or
