So I havent been on here for nearly a week....i missed you guys...anyways the reason that I was not here, was because i was actually taken to hospital early on tuesday with a kidney stone.....
and unfortunatly the kidney stone did not pass normally and I had to have a small operation, however the kidney stone has still not been removed...so now i have to go back in two weeks time to see how everthing is going....
but everything is good now...and i am back
even though i am in a little bit of pain, i am surviving and will continue to survive...i have finally reliesed that i have to take care of myself a lot more than i do, and to look to a better future....
and their will be more updates on this in the months to come...
but for now all is good....and hope everyone else is healthy.
