I almost died this morning. I had a SEVERE athsma attack and am lucky i have 2 excellent roomates who were quick thinking. god bless them.....i was turning blue and without the meds i would not be here. thank you god for watching over me.

How it changed my life:

i will make sure i have my inhalers where i am able to get to them at all times. makes one think how life really is short.

You are right to keep an inhaler with you at all times. I have several. One in the glove box of the car, my purse and several other places in the house. I even sleep with one under my pillow, just in case my breathing becomes restricted during the night. Take care of yourself. *WanderingGurl*
