Excel Help.. Vlookups!! ARG!~*~*Mlila

Helo! My boss asked me to learn about v lookups.. I looked on sites and I think I still have some blond dye on my head because I dont get it.. can anyone here help me with this.. like a short example on excel you can type up here.. I just need a exemple.. Thank you for your time M.

Date: 2/22/2006 9:22:00 AM  From Authorid: 62826    Went into search for vlookups - does give info with regard to computers --- ask your boss what are you suppose to be looking for. This stuff you have to be computer wise in.
