I eat snack-sized meals all day. It keeps me from feeling too hungry. Whether I eat a huge breakfast, or a tiny one, I am still hungry a short time later (I'm usually hungrier if I eat more). I just eat a little bit whenever I'm hungry so that I don't get all shaky and sick-feeling. I have also noticed that sometimes I feel hungry when I'm really just thirsty. Well, my breakfast was at about 6:30 last night when I woke up. I am a third shift worker.. but since you asked, I had one brownie, and about 5 cups of strong coffee with coffee mate creamer *grins* I just got off work about a hour ago and right now I am enjoying my supper at about 7: whatever in the morning, Lol. I am eating fried rice with soy sauce and chinese rice noodles! The Only reason why I asked that is because I am a bit overweight and I ate toast coffee in the morning and I had a low.. I had big breakfast, had lows, you know what it was, all the sugar.. I actually stop taking sugar I lost 20 pounds that way..
