ooops, I take that back. That one didnt work. I used a vundo removal tool that was supposed to use HIJACK THIS. But I don't think it needed to use it. Try HIJACK THIS. I think it's free.  |

Downloading a removal tool is the best option. My virus protection is Norton Anti-Virus by Symantec. It works great. Once you get the virus removed then you should put a good anti-virus program on your PC.  |

If you can delete it manually, meaning if you know what the trojan is and where it is located on your computer (you can do this by using the "run" program in your start menu to find its path) and then placing it (the file name) in a program called Dr. Delete, it will wipe it out with your next reboot. There are other programs out there that will work, but I do not know what they are called. All Virii removal tools are available FREE of charge from Symantec...including their virii signature file updates..Not sure what Symantec site Arion was on...  |
