I moved away from my close friends, and once I started seeing how crappy "friends" could be, I'm glad I still talk to and hang out with the good ones every once and awhile.  |

I know EXACTLY what you mean I'm going through that now but luckily I have one friend who I always have to turn to and a wonderful boyfriend thats all I need but I seem lucky compared to if you need someone to talk to I'm here! Good luck  |

Well, I know what you mean about someone needing you and then not wanting to help you out at all. I have a girlfriend (whom is quickly on the way to not being a friend any longer) who will talk for hours about the most trivial, superficial things, and then if you want two minutes of her time to talk about something important, she will literally talk over top of you about the same crap. Your problems, your thoughts, feelings, events, just aren't of any importance to her at all. It IS frustrating. Friendship is a two way street  |

I agree but sometimes you do find a diamond amongst everything else. i only have one friend for that reason. everyone else annoys me and hurts me. i dont have time for them  |
