i've never been a big fan of PB, but lately i have not been getting enough protein. So i had the brilliant idea to buy a huge vat (or at least the largest size available!) of peanut butter and dip apple slices in it for a snack. Then i made the mistake of looking at the nutrition info on the jar and realized that there are 16 grams of fat in a 2-Tbsp. serving...considering i'm eating about 5 times that in a serving, i regretted eating even a bite of it!!! All that fat for something i'm not totally in love with eating...i might as well eat a pint of ice cream!! -asylem_supastar  |
