This is a simple recipe I picked up at a resuruant when I was home....
Get a small plate... Poor some olive oil on it until there is a light layer, then take some parmesean cheese, about a spoonful or so and spread it over it, and then if you have a pepper grinder, grind some pepper over it about 3-4 twists, if not, then season to taste, and mix it up. Then take some italian bread, or what ever type you prefer and dip it in the mix....mmm mmmmm mmmmm...
