Hi Sunny.. Sorry to hear that you're feeling a little down, lady. I bet if you do look like a bug, you're a very "pretty bug." I remember about three years ago, I decided that I'd take up winter swimming, again. Use to do it all the time when I was younger. (Things seemed a lot easier then) Anyway, I went and jumped in the lake, literally. Did my thing..It felt good. Had my earplugs in and goggles, the whole nine yards. Lordy! I want you to know that I got the absolute worst sinus infection ever. Eyes, ears and nose were so swollen that I looked like a pumpkin. Took me about three weeks to get over that one even under a doctor's care. The doc dug around in my ears and came up with some black, nasty looking stuff. He asked: "What have you been into? Stagnant water?" He knew, so I fessed-up. He also said: "Don't do that anymore."...hehe..Hope you get to feeling better, my friend.  |

alot of it is diet im sure, Sunny. plus if you swim in chlorinated water, that can add irritaton to already mitigating affair. Also, going to work to be a sinus problem too  David/Fearfactor  |

Gah! I hope you have better luck getting well than my dad! He had to have scar tissue scraped out of his sinuses, and then, had them packed with cotton, so strings were hanging out of his nose for several weeks. I hope you don't end up looking like a bug with strings hanging out of your nose!  Get well soon!! --Earthmother  |
