Hi all, 5EOL here. I know that I've been a stranger to this place for a long time, but my family really needs your prayers. My cousing David, who is 17 was in a car accident while he was on his way home one night. He hit a curb causing the truck to flip. He was thrown out the back of the truck 25 feet and landed in the parking lot of a bar.
His skull was split from his forehead to the top of his neck, he broke a femer, a rib which bruised a lung, and some other minor breaks. This happend about a month ago and poor David has just come out of a coma. But he cannot respond to the things around him. The doctors aren't sure if he's brain dead or not. I am asking that you please pray for David to come around.
There are little things that give us hope that he is not what the doctors fear. I was visiting him and when it came time to leave I leaned over him and said "David buddy, I love you, but I gotta go." When I said that he held onto my hand tighter than anyone ever has. I finaly told him that I loved him, but I had to go and he let me go.
Another time my cousin was visiting and she was holding his hand. David let go of her hand and put his hand in posisition wit hers to play thumb wars and then proceeded to play the game...which he won. He would not let her thumb up. So, We are all hoping for the best and I am just asking that you all pray, even if its just a quick little 10 second prayer. Thanks. Love, 5 Elements Of Life
