Hello all :)

I have a recipe that is telling me i need 3oz of skinless chicken breast. The problem is:

A) we dont work in oz in Australia

B) i dont have a scale anyway, lol

So i have some chicken breast but i dont how much to use. Can anyone tell me roughly how much it would be? Like the size of a fist? Or of a deck of cards? Or a computer mouse?

Doesnt have to be exact (my cooking never is, lol) but some sort of indication would be great!

cheers

sunny :)

Date: 8/3/2005 5:59:00 PM  From Authorid: 23075    I would use only one boneless skinless chicken breast for the 3 ounces. It may be a little more than 3 ounces...but that's what makes recipes your own.
