If the arrangements were on your contract or bill from the store, I would call them and complain. They get upset if you aren't home so that is why appointments are made. They expect you to be there at a certain time and you have every right to expect the same from them! |

my boyfriend ordered something online and i can't remember what happened, but we had to go down to the place and pick it up ourselves. It was a pain because he specifically said to have it delivered during a certain time (when he would be home) so he wouldn't have to pick it up. Kind of inconvienent. |

Reminds me of Fed Ex here, Sunny. You'd like to be home when they deliver, and if youre not, you are out of order; a order I should say. Even if they do leave a delivery notice, you can call them and request for it to be delivered when you are home, and theyll still find a way to deliver it again when youre not home. Btw, Fed ex only gives the customer three times to receiver a shipment. Its just the darndest thing, there service system. I came real close to getting struck-out, even after telling them the only day i'd be avaolable for pickup. Hope you are at least enjoying what you paid for. Fearfactor/David |

We had a problem with our couch..They came at the complete wrong time, and I was the only person home and I just woke up. I was really confused and tired. And then the couch wouldn't fit through the door, so they ended up having to take it back anyway. I went back to sleep. |

Awww Sunni I'd complain. That just isn't right. You are the customer, you will be paying for this and deserve to be treated right, that is an inconvenience to you. I wrote a post a loooong time ago about it was either FedEx or UPS delivery people must of worked for the mafia or something like that, they were so covert in their actions in getting my package, like a ninja there was a note at my door and I was actually at my house. |

Sun Angel...I am not a complainer either. However...In this instance, it isn't like you are complaining over some little thing. A delivery is an important service they provide. The company should know this because those delivery guys could do this to someone else. |
